2. Materials Chosen to Be Worn, Not Just Photographed

Once the 3D file is ready, the piece goes through these non-negotiable steps:

2. Metal casting

4. Stone setting (if required)
5. Final inspection for fit, finish, and wear safety

The entire process happens inside Kensho’s own workshop. No outsourcing. No sending work elsewhere. Every set of grillz leaves as a complete, finished piece.

4. Final Quality Check – And Archiving for Exact Reorders

Before packaging, every piece is checked again against the original mold. We also store your 3D file and mold. This means if you ever want a second set or an upgrade years later, the quality remains consistent because the original data never changes.
